Terms & Conditions – Orders & Hire

By Placing an order with The Little Brick House, you are bound by these terms & conditions:

All orders are to be paid in full before work commences. Where credit is extended, the products remain the property of ‘The Little Brick House’ until payment is received.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states ‘personalised items’ do not have to be refunded unless faulty. Damaged or faulty products will be refunded accordingly.


Please ensure that the size, fitting, accessories, lining and fabric choice are correct at the time of ordering your lampshade as Custom or Bespoke lampshades are non-returnable.

Bespoke Lampshades & cushions made in your own fabric are not refundable, unless damaged. Whilst design guidance is given where possible, the confirmation of order is taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund on any bespoke product unless faulty or broken. This is in accordance with S.13(c) of The consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Therefore, please ensure that the measurements, fitting, size, lining, and fabric choice are correct at the time of ordering a bespoke product to ensure your satisfaction.

Equipment Hire:

All Hire equipment remains the property of The Little Brick House. Hire Fees to be paid in advance of the Booking with the appropriate deposit. Deposit to be deducted in the case of loss or breakages.Delivery & Collection will be by The Little Brick House, unless prior arrangement.


We are happy  to ship to most corners of the world. Lampshades, for example, are usually between 1.2 & 1.5kg & are always sent via a tracked service. Shipping Rates based on 1.5kg/tracked are listed below:
