Delivery Update Covid-19

All orders are being dispatched as normal however delivery times may take longer than usual due to courier services being more in demand due to the current events.

Delivery Costs

We currenlty only ship within the UK, and the shipping costs should be added to your basket. For quotes on specific items, please get in touch. 


We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days (unless Bespoke Items). Delivery usually takes between 3-5 working days once your order has been shipped.

Please make sure that the delivery address you have entered is correct as we cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address you have provided is incorrect.

We currently use APC Overnight, Hermes or Royal Mail to ship all of our orders.

Click & Collect

We offer a Click & Collect method for those customers wishing to purchase online, & then collect at a time to suit them. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

Free Local Delivery

We offer a FREE local delivery service for postcodes within 10 miles of Tarporley (covering Nantwich, Crewe, Northwich & Chester)- if in doubt email

Failed Delivery

We sincerely hope this does not happen, but inevitably is does from time to time.

As outlined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the retailer is responsible for the condition of any products until they are received by the customer or by someone on behalf of the customer. This means that liability lies with the retailer for the services provided by the delivery method chosen, and the delivery firm is not liable.

A default delivery period of 30 days is stipulated, and this is the time that the retailer has to deliver the goods in a satisfactory condition unless otherwise arranged. If the delivery of your purchase is later than agreed and you needed the item by a specific time, you have the right to terminate the purchase and obtain a full refund.

If you pay for a special delivery or to have an item delivered on a specific date and this time is missed, the seller will be in breach of contract and the law serves to offer you protection.

Returns / Mailing Address

If you are unhappy with you order, we offer a full refund on returned items within 28 days. In the first instance we ask you to email . If the item is faulty we ask you provide an photograph of the damage. As soon as we have received a photo of your damaged item/s, we will process a refund or send a replacement to the shipping address stated on your original order.

Goods should be returned to us in original packaging where possible and must be in a resaleable condition, unless of course goods are being returned because of a fault.

Lampshade Returns

Bespoke made to order Lampshades are non-returnable unless faulty. We ask you to double check all measurements as we cannot offer returns on these handmade items.

Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will issue a refund providing your order has not been shipped. If you order has already been shipped by the time you contact us, you will have to follow the usual returns procedure.
